These are the best budget RGB tube lights for video that I have used. They come in 4ft and 2ft versions from DF DigitalFoto and are called the Chameleon. They are full RGBW lights, so they get a more clean white light than other tube lights that mix RGB to create white. They are much cheaper LED tube lights than Quasar Science Rainbows, which are $500 each, or even the Nanlights at $400.
