Deep Tissue Massage for Mike’s Shoulders, Forearms & Triceps

In this session we focused on Mike’s upper body — an area that takes a lot of load from his training and daily life. His front deltoids were extremely tight and restricted, which is very common with large, powerful shoulders. We also released the wrist extensors (which were surprisingly bound up) and gave his triceps the attention they desperately needed. These zones are often overlooked but can cause significant tension, reduced mobility, and even referred pain when left untreated. Mike is very sensitive in these areas, so we worked slowly with clear communication, gradually sinking deeper while respecting his tolerance. Key techniques shown:     •    Targeted front deltoid release     •    Wrist extensor work (forearm extensors)     •    Triceps deep tissue and lengthening    Releasing the shoulders and arms like this helps restore better range of motion, reduces compensatory patterns, and supports overall upper body recovery — especially important for anyone who lifts, does manual work, or carries chronic tightness in the shoulders and arms.
