I had flown with United for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed it a lot, so when I found this great deal to fly with them again but in First Class, I didn't have to think about booking. United Express is the brand name for the regional branch of United Airlines, and my flight was operated by SkyWest Airlines. Even though the aircraft and crew was from SkyWest, you couldn't notice this in any way.
