The sauce is made from oven-roasted tomatoes – rich in flavor, creamy, and perfect for everyday cooking. A simple recipe made with fresh ingredients that always turns out delicious. 🍽️ Recipe – Tomato Pasta Ingredients: ✨ 400–500 g tomatoes ✨ 200 g pasta ✨ 3 shallots ✨ 2 garlic cloves ✨ 1 tbsp tomato paste ✨ approx. 150 ml water ✨ 2–3 tbsp olive oil ✨ Thyme ✨ A handful of fresh basil ✨ Salt, pepper, sugar (to taste) 👩‍🍳 Instructions Wash and halve the tomatoes, then place them in the air fryer. Season with salt and sugar, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 30–40 minutes. Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic. Sauté the shallots in olive oil, then briefly add the garlic. Add the tomato paste, lightly toast it, and deglaze with water. Add the roasted tomatoes and thyme, bring to a boil, then let it simmer gently over low heat. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Blend the tomato sauce, then strain it through a sieve for an extra smooth texture. Blend again with fresh basil and return to the pan. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well.
