If you enjoy this recipe, please like, share, and subscribe for more delicious Indian recipes! #AlooJeera #JeeraAloo #IndianRecipes #ChefAmrita #VegetarianRecipes #ComfortFood Jeera Aloo Sabji Ingredients: Potatoes - 5 Ghee - 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - ½ tsp Mustard Seeds (rai) - ½ tsp Curry Leaves (karipata) - a few sprigs Green Chillies - 1- 2 (chopped) Turmeric Powder (haldi) - ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder (lalmirch) - ½ tsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Coriander Leaves (Kothmir) - 1 tbsp (freshly chopped) Method -In a pressure cooker, add potatoes & enough water to cover them. -Give it 2 whistles. -Once done, wait for the pressure to release before opening the lid, rinse the potatoes with running cold water. -Peel & cut into small pieces. -In a kadhai, heat ghee ghee & add the cumin & mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add the curry leaves followed by the chopped green chillies. Give it all a nice mix and add the potatoes. -Season with salt. Then add turmeric powder & red chilli powder and mix well. -Squeeze in some lemon juice and serve hot garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
