イエスのもたらした変革シリーズ(96) 墓の封印

"Would you like to go see the most beautiful scenery with me? I'll take you." – What would you do if a stranger invited you like this? Would you dismiss it as extremely dangerous, follow cautiously, or trust them completely and gladly go along? This mirrors the ultimate life decision of whether or not to believe in Jesus Christ. We live in a "Saturday world." The "Sunday morning" when Jesus conquered death and established eternal victory has not yet fully arrived in this world. This world is still filled with suffering and sorrow. Nevertheless, if we believe in the complete victory promised by Jesus and live "Sunday morning" in a "Saturday world," that is the walk of faith. Faith requires a paradigm shift. Are what is considered "right" and "good" in this world truly so? The disciples, chief priests, and Pharisees who could not fully believe in Jesus' resurrection could only live on "Saturday." The story of Jesus did not end with the cross. The chief priests wanted to end "Jesus' story" so badly that they even sealed the tomb tightly. However, God's prepared narrative, through the enemy's interference, instead brought to its climax the undeniable truth of the resurrection. We cannot change "Saturday" to "Sunday" or hasten it through our own power. Even on "Saturday," God's hand works tirelessly to fulfill His plan. We must trust in God's invisible hand, which is woven into the background of our lives, and patiently await "Sunday" while remaining faithful to what we must do. In this way, we can celebrate the victory of "Sunday" with the Lord while still living on "Saturday."
