A bientôt ! ♡ Les ingrédients pour la farce: 500g de pâte de dattes 1 cuillère à café de cannelle 1 cuillère à café de beurre 1 cuillère à soupe de graines de sésame 1 cuillère à soupe d'eau de fleur d'oranger 1 blanc d'oeuf Les ingrédients pour la pâte: 410g de farine tamisée 1 pincée de sel 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre glace 250g de beurre mou 1 pot de yaourt à la vanille مكونات الحشوة: 500 جرام من معجون التمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة 1 ملعقة صغيرة زبدة 1 ملعقة كبيرة سمسم 1 ملعقة كبيرة ماء زهر 1 بياض بيضة مكونات العجين: 410 جرام دقيق منخول قليل من الملح ملعقتان كبيرتان من مسحوق السكر 250 جرام زبدة طرية 1 زبادي بالفانيليا
