Amflow PL Carbon vs Intense Tazer MX Alloy back to back at Horns Hill. I picked up my Amflow PL Carbon from my good friends at Lost In The Woods bicycle shop in Galena, Ohio (https://litwalumcreek.com/ ). The Intense Tazer MX Alloy came from my friends at Tansky Powersports in Columbus, Ohio. Back to back rides are a great way to get a feel for the different characteristics of each bike. Amflow sets a new bar for lightweight and full power. Intense Tazer MX feels super comfortable for a motocross rider like me to jump on and ride (love the Ohlins suspension too!) I've got about 100 miles on my Amflow PL Carbon now it is now my favorite E-MTB! The Amflow PL Carbon (or Pro model) is a game changer!!! I've owned and ridden a lot of E-MTB's and combination of power and lightweight on the Amflow PL Carbon sets a new bar in terms of lightweight full power E-MTB's and definitely a disruptor in the market. The Avinox motor is powerful (105Nm with 120Nm available for 60 secs) yet has smooth power that is fully tunable. The frame and suspension (and lightweight) were plush and absorbing and confidence inspiring. This is a FUN E-MTB!!! And recently there have been some deals from Amflow on both the PL and Pro models that make the overall bikes performance/cost balance even better!
