Epcot’s Festival of the Arts 2025 Opening Day! NEW Food, Disney On Broadway Exhibit & Full Guide

Figment’s signature festival started its 2025 iteration with a BANG! This year, Epcot’s Festival of the Arts celebrates 30 years of Disney on Broadway. To complement this celebration, Epcot’s new Communicore Hall section transformed into a “Once Upon a Stage” exhibit. This new area displays puppets, costumes and artifacts involved with Disney on Broadway stage productions. For those that don’t know, since Communicore Hall opened Disney World fans have complained of its aesthetic being reminiscent of a hospital cafeteria. The “Once Upon a Stage” exhibit completely transformed this area and is a welcome change from the bland experience it brought to past festivals. Accompanying this new exhibit is an adjacent food booth called, Opening Bites. The bites offered are themed to represent Disney On Broadway Productions. With delicacies like Soft Shell Crab Sliders, an Enchanted Rose, and a Cheddar & Chive Scone. The second new food booth offered this year is Fictional Victuals. This booth seems to have a seafood based menu. With items like Charred Octopus, Squid Ink Pasta, and a Brownie decorated with white chocolate seashells. Festival of the Arts is one of our favorite Epcot Festivals and we went out on opening day to see everything NEW and provide a complete guide to the event.
