Stress at work - an awareness-raising campaign for a healthy working life (long version)

This film exposes a big and increasing problem - excessive stress at work. In the film we hear various people tell some of their stories about how their jobs eventually made them sick. We also include scientists who explain the facts known today about excessive stress and its negative effects on our health. Common causes of work-related stress Two of the primary risks for work-related stress to arise are high workload and problems affecting the social interplay at the workplace. Some other common causes are shift work, working alone, and shortcomings in the physical environment. The employer can prevent work-related stress through organisational measures.
