Why can't people overcome addiction, even when they sincerely want to? Why do some relapse again and again, while others finally achieve true freedom? In this video, I share my experience and what I've learned over the years working with people suffering from alcohol, drug, and other addictions. My name is Nikolai Khromov. I've been through addiction myself and have been completely sober for over nine years. During this time, I've not only completely changed my life but also dedicated myself to helping others. Today, I work with the subconscious and help people overcome addiction, regain their inner strength, find meaning in life, and begin realizing their true potential. Most people believe that addiction is caused by weak willpower, lack of discipline, or a bad environment. But my experience shows something completely different. In this video, we'll discuss: ✔ why addiction occurs; ✔ what's really going on in the human subconscious; ✔ Why people continually return to using; ✔ How internal conflicts influence cravings; ✔ Why unrealized potential can strengthen the desire to escape reality; ✔ What role can family scripts and attitudes play; ✔ Why addiction treatments often fail; ✔ How working with the subconscious helps remove the internal cause of cravings. I don't believe in a lifelong battle with addiction. I believe that if you remove the internal cause, the need to constantly run away from your life disappears. That's why I use subconscious work and hypnotherapy in my practice. During sessions, we don't fight the symptom, but rather seek out and address the internal causes that support addictive behavior. This could be an internal conflict, psychological trauma, limiting beliefs, feelings of emptiness, fears, emotional pain, or other underlying processes. My goal is not simply to help people stop using. The real task is to restore their desire to live, feel, create, love, develop, and realize themselves. When a person begins to live their own life, the need to escape gradually disappears. Over the years, I have become convinced that many people are capable of changing their lives much faster than they imagine if they address not only their behavior but also the underlying causes of their condition.
