Full Body Barre Combo | Beginner – Intermediate ✨ A barre combo to work your ENTIRE body: legs, arms, core, and posture, in a routine you can do from home. It's a beginner-intermediate level workout, ideal if you want to start or challenge yourself by doing something different. What you need: – A barre or support (it can be the back of a chair) – Mat – Ankle straps (optional) You don't need any additional equipment. Music recommendation 🎶 You can use any song between 120–130 BPM to maintain the rhythm of the combo.
