Pinan Godan - Kata Kaisetsu / Bunkai - Wado Ryu Karate

Sensei Roger Vickerman 6th Dan Renshi leads us through the last of the Pinan katas. This video looks just at the first three directions and some of the applications and principles of the first set of movements.
