WHO AM I My name is Stella Swan originally from the UK. I have been living in Australia since 2001. Married to Steve for 38 years and have 3 grown up children. I am a fully qualified clinical therapist. I have a degree and a masters of counselling and have well over 10,000 one to one client hours. I have been supporting people since I became a Samaritan back in the UK 30 years ago. I decided to start a YouTube channel because I wanted to help people that would never walk into a therapists office for one reason or another; money, time, fear, pride etc. I specialise in trauma, addiction, couples therapy, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, in fact you name it I’ve probably got experience in it. I focus on drives not on symptoms. Why do we act and behave the way we do? My belief is, if we heal we will change organically. I utilise a myriad of different therapies and interventions plus my own learnt knowledge through study together with my own recovery process and experiences to help people heal their wounds and become who they want to be, not the person they were programmed and conditioned to be; so they can live life on their own terms.
