This Cleanup Helped Me Test My New Boundaries After Burnout

I have been really nervous to get back to doing big cleanups for people because of the burnout I experienced a few months ago after taking on way too much for too long and finally reaching my breaking point. I have since been going to therapy and working on setting boundaries to prevent burning myself out again as my empathic nature usually has me wanting to help everyone all the time and I find it hard to stop. But this was the perfect job to test those boundaries as Tanisha was very respectful of the space I needed to work and understood that I could only spend a day or two there, not weeks or months.
