This time, we'll be introducing the Baldai species, a snow crab that boasts exceptional flavor! We visited Marumasa Suisan's factory to discover the secret to its deliciousness. The Baldai species is larger, with thicker legs and more meat than the commonly eaten Opilio species (real snow crab)! Baba also studied the two types of snow crab again and was impressed by the sweetness, umami, and vibrant color of the Baldai species. We hope you all enjoy this incredible flavor.
