Keeping Our Sheep Healthy Starts With This. Fence for sheep!

We're making some important improvements to our sheep farm. We're installing panel fencing to keep our Katahdin and Australian White sheep out of the feed storage area so we can keep the flock off pasture when needed and monitor their health more closely. We're also removing old fence near the driveway to make more room for trailers, equipment, and day-to-day work around the farm. Every improvement helps make our operation more efficient as we continue growing our flock in southwestern Minnesota. As beginning sheep farmers, we're always learning and making changes to improve flock management, animal health, and the overall layout of the farm. We hope sharing these projects helps others who are building their own sheep operation.
