A Crash Course on Freeform Roleplaying
Freeform Roleplay, some roleplayers treat it like a 4 letter word. I enjoyed it very much despite the obvious bumps in the road I hit in my time in various RPs. So unlike a defined system such as Dungeons & Dragons you have an open style where things I accomplished by descriptive writing rather than dice rolls. You can do anything in a freeform game, the limits just are the rules and agreements players set with each other which can be few or many. Are there problems that people hit? Problem players to be dealt with? Well, just as many as the number of D&D horror stories you can find.
