MTA R46 (B) Train Action

(This reason is not confirmed, but very likely) Due to the hot day occuring on June 25th and multiple R68/As having broken A/Cs and taken OOS, Coney Island Yard had a large shortage of trains. Eventually, they decided on putting in 2 R46s into service on the (B) to relieve it. R46s very rarely go on the (B) so this was quite the sight However, vandals damaged the rollsign on one side of an R46 to a (D) while it was running, causing it to go Out Of Service when it arrived Brighton Beach Subscribe and like!
