Virginia Mayo did this rare TV interview with Joe Franklin, while starring in a local production of the musical "Good News". She discusses her early Broadway appearance in "Banjo Eyes" with Eddie Cantor and her long movie career, and also comments on how she and Judy Garland were the inspirations for the character of Neely in Jacqueline Susann's "Valley of the Dolls".
