It’s safe to say that this wasn't the cheery Vlogmas finale I had initially envisioned, but instead I like to think that it is a story of resilience, community, and the strength that emerges in difficult times. Life works in mysterious ways, but there is always a silver lining, and it’s so important to try and find the positives. I make an effort to be as ‘real’ as I can be with you all, however I almost didn’t share this week’s escapades as I’ve been on quite a rollercoaster of emotions. Nevertheless, I know that sharing, talking and connecting is indescribably important in trying times, and can also help others who may be going through something similar, so here we are. In this episode, I share a challenging and emotional day as I set out to check on my father, fearing the worst. While the situation initially caused very deep concerns, the support of the community and everyone around him as we all rallied together, showed how strength and togetherness can emerge in extremely challenging times. I want to take a moment to sincerely wish each one of you a heartwarming and joyful Christmas.
