HP 400E AC rms Voltmeter 1969 test teardown

Hewlett Packard HP 400E is a lot simpler made compared to the HP 3400A, this HP 400 had a few problems, loose connections, and resistor divider far off in the front end, recalibrated all, now it works perfectly again. see video about HP 3400A :    • HP 3400A RMS Voltmeter thermocouple choppe...   --- #teardown #hewlettpackard #vintage -- I use auto generated subs, I go thru them my self, but i am far from perfect at finding all errors, so if you find errors worth fixing, please comment (or PM) with the TIME in the video you saw the error, i will be happy to fix it.
