A Look at ‘Dignity and Judicial Authority’
Scholars discuss Professor Rachel Bayefsky’s new book, “Dignity and Judicial Authority,” which explains how U.S. courts can recognize the loss of dignity as a legally actionable harm and provide remedies. Panelists include Professor James Pfander ’82 of Northwestern University; Professor Rebecca Wexler of the University of California, Berkeley; and Professor Diego Zambrano of Stanford University.
