surprise engine trans axle is in paint on the 06 monte fwd to rwd conversion project frankenstien 15

installed the engine trans & rear axle for the final time, also added some paint in on & under the monte carlo. this is the 15th vid of project frankenstien. we start with an 06 montecarlo that is front wheel drive. it is to become rear wheel drive, via an aluminum block 5.3 ls, backed by a 4l80e transmission, and a 8.8 mustang rear axle. see how we do it in this vid, follow along as we go through the process of going from wrong wheel drive to right wheel drive. from v6 to v8 it can only get better! the future might include nitrous, a turbocharger, and possibly a 6.0 or 6.2 LSX for more power. plans are to run it at the local drag strip once it is finished, hopefully thats sooner than later. similar years of these w body cars are 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007, pontiac grand prix, Chevrolet Impala / Impala Limited, Buick LaCrosse / Allure. subscribe link    / @chevyfarmersgarage1955   help to translate link http://www.youtube.com/timedtext_cs_p...
