DIY Miniature - How to make a WARDROBE and clothes on hangers | Dollhouse miniature

In this video I will show you how you make a miniature wardrobe for the dollhouse. I also make clothes on hangers. Hi and welcome to One tiny story. My name is Andrea and I come from Sweden. I create dollhouse miniatures in 1:12 scale. I am working on my first room box and the furniture I am creating now is for that room box. The theme of this room box is girl teenage room. MATERIAL The material I use for the wardrobe is a two-sided white cardboard with a gray middle layer of gray recycled fiber. In Swedish it is called ”skyltkartong” and in English it is called cardboard/screenboard. This one I use is 2 mm thick. The clothes rail is made from a barbecue skewer and the doorknobs are made from pins painted with a marker pen. The hangers are made of paper clips and the clothes are pieces of fabric in different patterns. MEASUREMENTS I have created this wardrobe specifically for the room box I’m working on. A floor in a dollhouse in scale 1:12 is generally about 20 cm high, but this box is 25 cm high. So I have made the wardrobe a little higher than if it were to be placed in a dollhouse. So if you are going to create a wardrobe for a dollhouse, you should make the wardrobe slightly lower than the measurements below. Dimensions of the WARDROBE (in cm) Back: 7,2 x 24,3 Bottom: 7,5 x 7,6 Top: 7,5 x 7,6 Sides: 7,5 x 24,3 (you need 2 of this) Shelfs in the upper part of the wardrobe: 7,2 x 6,9 (you need 2 of this) Shelfs in the lower part of the wardrobe: 7,2 x 7,3 (you need 2 of this) Dimensions of the DRAWERS (in cm) Front: 3 x 7,1 Back: 2,7 x 7,1 Sides: 2,5 x 6,5 (you need 2 of this) Bottom: 6,5 x 7,1 The GLUE I use is Tacky Glue - Quick dry.
