#4 Pain aux épices de Régine

• Hello everyone and welcome to my kitchen… I'm going to show you a gingerbread recipe, but not just any gingerbread! A gingerbread that can be used in all sorts of ways! • What you'll need: Let's start with the "Régine-style" spice mix: 4 parts anise seeds 1 part cloves 1 part nutmeg 1 part cinnamon 1 part ginger For 1 gingerbread loaf: Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon 150g flour + a pinch of salt 75g sugar + 75g honey 75g milk + 75g water 2 tsp of the "Régine-style" spice mix 1/2 packet of baking powder 1 loaf tin Parchment paper (or butter or margarine to grease the tin) • My tips: Only mix the ingredients at the end.
