Long tailed finch makes crow sound !!!!

AKA shafttail finch. Initially, I thought they looked like biker birds. I also called them the "bearded birds". Anyway, it turns out they make a crow-like sound. It's was surprising how so much noise can come out of such a tiny bird! Apparently the male is the only one that makes this sound (courtship). These are the only exotic finches that we own, and they're our personal favorite because they look great with their silky smooth feathers and all. These birds currently reside in a bigger flight cage, but this was recorded while they were temporarily in a smaller cage, due to washing their cage and air drying overnight.
