EPIC CATCH + COOK ADVENTURE!

Hit the south shore of Long Island and instantly hooked a keeper porgy right off the bat. Knowing I planned to cook it fresh at the beach, I kept fishing while the tide was still moving. Once things slowed down, my wife cooked up a delicious breakfast, bacon and egg sandwiches that hit the spot. After that, I grilled the porgy and enjoyed a fresh, tasty feast right by the water. Nothing beats eating what you just caught! We kept fishing and the action didn’t stop, multiple keeper porgies, plus a great mix of black sea bass, fluke, and even some black tautog. The bite was hot, the weather was beautiful, and the vibes couldn’t have been better. Fishing days like this are hard to beat.
