A lazy promoter can cost a band THOUSANDS of dollars

Most musicians know to watch out for promoters who steal from you. Nobody warns you about the ones who just... don't do anything. So I'm just showing you two scenarios, A. where the promoter does his job, and B. where the promoter just thinks the show will sell itself.
