Wash and Go on My Short Curly Afro | Wash Day Products | Natural Hair Care

Another wash day video for my natural people out there! I hope this is helpful and sorry about moving the mic so much, getting used to talking to the camera. Used two products for the prewash, both ‪@CurlsmithOfficial‬ . First one is the Bond Curl Rehab Salve and the second is the Super Slip Prewash Primer. Detangling before the wash is really the cheat code and when they say 'super slip' they mean 'SUPER SLIP', what a breeze it made the whole process. The Rehab Salve I've been loving for years! I use it every 3-4 washes and feel like it really makes a difference in how my curls clump when I style. For the wash I used AG Care Balance and AG Curlfresh Shampoo. I think the Balance shampoo gives a perfect deep cleanse without stripping my hair the way that a clarifying shampoo would. I workout 4-5x per week so getting all the sweat out is very necessary. The Curlfresh shampoo is great for a second lather with a little more hydration. Soulfood by Amika Deep Conditioner and ‪@ecoslay‬ Rice Pudding Leave in Conditioner. I learned about ‪@ecoslay‬ at my last curly cut (which was way too long ago) and have been a fan ever since. Love the natural ingredients and a little bit goes a long way. For styling I used ‪@TheDoux‬ Chief Rocka mousse and Miche Anti-Humidity Hair gel as a base for the crown of my head and any areas prone to more frizz.
