Among the measures included are the systematic issuance of deportation orders to undocumented individuals, the possibility of deporting them to countries with which they have no connection, and the use of detention. The regulation also strengthens the use of imprisonment, while granting authorities new powers of control: searches of homes and any other living spaces of the individuals concerned.
