It also includes a retractable tow post for water sports like tubing, water skiing and wakeboarding. The Sportsman 231 Boat is 23'4" long has an 8'6" beam and a 16" draft. It has 106 gallon fuel capacity with a top speed of 50mph. The cruise speed is approximately 30mph and it gets 3.2-4.2mpg It has a 12 person capacity, a 20 degree hull deadrise and it weighs in at 3,950lbs. One of the most innovative features of the Sportsman 231 is that it includes the Seakeeper Ride system that has continually actuating trim tabs that move up to 100 times a second to create a more stable ride.
