This should make things a little easier for anyone who's struggled with Bayonetta. Other strategies against Bayonetta: Crouch to avoid her ledge-up side-B Stable guarding Basically, move downwards (except for lighter characters) Up-strong → Air-back: Up-strong becomes harder to hit with an inward velocities She has few burst moves, so memorize them and be on guard Watch out for her NB when she's out in the open → Don't use a move dodge too easily, or you'll get hit Watch out for her strong recovery block After a combo or if you miss, she'll want to grab onto the ledge, so hunt for her when she's holding onto a platform or something. Witch Time's duration is reduced even if you miss, so if you miss once, she won't come again for a while It will return to its original effect after some time has passed If you block her ground side-B, she won't kick up There's a lot of opening up when you block her ground side-B! → Knowing the range will help you land the biggest combo or side smash.
