From the same dough, I prepare homemade pasta as a side dish. You can store homemade noodles and pasta fresh in the refrigerator for a week, wrapped in cling film, or in the freezer for 2 months, but I usually lay it out on trays and dry it at room temperature for two days, and then put it in a box or paper bag and store it in a kitchen cabinet or pantry. Thin noodles for soup, prepared according to this recipe, are cooked for only 1 minute, turn out very tasty, strong and do not get soggy in the broth, and to prepare pasta for a side dish, you need to boil it in boiling salted water for only two minutes, drain, season with oil or sauce and you can serve it.
