GREEN PEAS SOUP - Mrs Vahchef

Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women A healthy and delicious vibrant green color soup which is blended with fresh green peas and some spices. http://vahrehvah.com/green-peas-soup Ingredients: Butter 1tsp Onion 1 Cloves 2 Cardamom 4 Cinnamon 1 inch 2 sticks Peppercorns 1 tsp Bay leaf 1 Green peas 1 cup Salt to taste Fresh cream 1 tsp Method: 1. Take butter in a vessel and add onions, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper corns and sauté them. 2. Also add bay leaf and when the color changes a little add green peas, salt and mix it. 3. After 5 min add enough water and let it boil. 4. After one boil switch off the flame and now transfer this in a blender to blend into a fine paste. 5. With the help of a strainer strain it and take the soup out of it. 6. Again boil it for 5 more min so that it thickens then switch off the flame. 7. Take it in a soup bowl and add fresh cream on top of it. 8. Serve hot with bread pieces in it.
