В Тополином проезде Тулы демонтируют незаконные заборы домовладений
On September 28, bailiffs and a group of workers began dismantling an illegally erected fence on Topoliny Proyezd in Tula. The removal of several fences on this and other streets is being carried out in accordance with a court order, which upheld the city administration's claims. It should be noted that some fence and railing owners complied with the court's order, but others are appealing the decision. The reason for the demolition is the width of the roadway, which the administration, citing various regulations, considers a public road, while residents disagree and are trying to claim it as their property.
