Lackawanna Cutoff Update #18 Roseville Tunnel and Colby Cut

A lot of work has been done on the Roseville tunnel. 1. The walls in the done have been sprayed with concrete. 2. Drainage in the tunnel looks to be almost done. 3. Grading the tunnel, it looks like it has been completed. 4. Pouring the foundation for the electric conduit is in the works. 5. Pipes have been laid out for wiring for the new cell tower. This is all that I could see from above and from the pictures I have seen. A lot of work still has to be done in and around the tunnel. 1. New cell tower 2. Light and power in the tunnel 3. Complete drainage This is just a list of what I think still needs to be done. Put in the comments what you think needs to be done with the tunnel.
