We will also outline the role of the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) as a critical bridge between research, technology and Europe’s strategic objectives—including the resilience of critical services and the digital transformation of industry—while urging industry leaders to actively shape this transition. The presentation will provide an exploration of how 6G could enable novel use cases—from ultra-reliable, low-latency applications in energy and transport, to sensing and AI-driven automation in manufacturing—while reinforcing the need for proactive engagement with policy, investment, and innovation ecosystems today.
