"Doom: The Dark Ages - Revelations" | All Master Arenas [Nightmare, Controller, No Super Weapons]

(All difficulty sliders are untouched. No Extra Lives are used.) Honestly this ended up being a lot easier than I was expecting. Master Arena 1 took a bit - 30 or so minutes I want to say - and I felt pretty geared up by that point for a multi-hour slugfest, the likes of which would bring me back to the nightmares of the Coin Room. Must’ve forgotten I got an UN clear of that Master Level the day after it launched. Master Arenas 2 and 3 ended up going down in one pass, and Master Arena 4 took two. sigh The power of not having warmed up yet for the day I guess. Oh well. Expansion is still incredible. Happy id were able to bow out with such prowess (no, I do not have faith they will be able to recover from the layoffs at all and even if they do and manage to release another game - massive doubt given the state of the industry and AAA dev times these days when you’re not a butchered studio - it’ll basically be another incarnation of id anyway). Will definitely replay this at some point. Too fun to not and I’m curious how this all comes together on a replay now that I actually know what I’m doing with the Chain Spear.
