Every single place we go to around the world we have a huge number of young girls and women in the surf who you can tell are so inspired by what we do on tour, and that's the best part of what we do. We are pushing the sport into a new place but the part that makes me happy is seeing women in the water. That's my job, if I can get more women in the water, then I’m doing the right thing”.
