My Bargain Amplifier
My bargain favorite for some time was the Crown XLS-1002. No longer. It is now the Emotiva BAS-X A2 2 channel power amplifier. With better build, better sound, and better warranty even. The Crown is still good, but at $409.00 vs. $449.00 from Emotiva directly, your $40.00 extra invested buys you a much more involving listen everyday.
