Today I rebuild my 1986 Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra, upgrading it from a classic 6-speed setup to a full Campagnolo Record 8-speed groupset. This vintage steel Merckx has always been an incredible ride, but I wanted to bring it a little closer to peak late-80s performance while still keeping the classic Italian aesthetic.
