It's been a while, but it was the perfect confirmation. The wine I paired it with was Lawson's recommended wine: Casa Subercaseau Sauvignon Blanc & Pedro Ximénez This wine is definitely not the quality you'd expect for 640 yen! It's a perfect match for Bamiyan. It goes well with Chinese, Asian, Indian, and home-style cooking—anything. The rainy season is over. It's sure to be a big hit from now on.
