We spent three full days at the Adana Flavor Festival, held at Adana Merkez Park from October 10-12, 2025! We had an unforgettable experience with local flavors, special recipes from chefs, street food, and plenty of Adana energy. We savored Adana kebab, Adana pastry, liver, quail, stuffed meatballs, and everything in between... Everything was incredibly delicious.
