Liszt: Mephisto Waltz no 1 arranged and played by Nathan Milstein?

Liszt: Mephisto Waltz no 1 arranged and played by Nathan Milstein? This recording was given to me by a colleague over 15 years ago, and I've hesitated to upload it until now as the only proof I have that it is Milstein playing is my colleagues word. He told me it was recorded when Milstein was in his late 70s or possibly even his early 80s, towards the very end of his performing career. That is all the information he had. Having listened to it many times, I personally have no doubt that it is him playing, but I add a question mark at the end of my title, in case anyone does, or can prove otherwise. Either way, it is a sensational piece of violin playing that needs to be heard....enjoy!
