POV- 87 minutes of relaxing barista rush

This shift had one of my favorite kinds of rushes—a continuous flow of orders without feeling too overwhelming. Throughout the shift, I was also helping a coworker dial in some latte and cappuccino for our shift calibration, tasting shots, talking through milk texture, and getting a little latte art practice in along the way. There are also a few random barista conversations sprinkled throughout the video 😅 If you've ever sat in a cafe and accidentally overheard your baristas talking, you'll probably get a laugh out of some of them.
