Ingredients: Lasagna sheets Oil Chopped garlic Chopped onion Ground chicken/beef Salt Black pepper Crushed red chili Cumin powder Onion powder White pepper Red chili powder Tomato paste Tomato ketchup Hot sauce Italian seasoning Butter All-purpose flour Now, let's start cooking! First, boil water with oil and salt, then add the lasagna sheets. Cook until they're soft, then drain and wash them with cold water to prevent sticking. Next, heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent. Then, add ground chicken and cook until it changes color. Add spices, salt, black pepper, crushed red chili, and red chili powder. Mix well, then add tomato paste, tomato ketchup, hot sauce, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat and let it cool. Now, let's make the white sauce. Melt butter in a pan over low heat, then add all-purpose flour and mix well. Gradually add whole milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Preheat your oven to 395°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. Assemble the lasagna by layering the cooked sheets, meat sauce, and white sauce. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
