(still a bit of a beginner; I'm a YouTuber;) but it's surprisingly simple and easy to make, and a useful interior decoration. But apparently, gifting scented products requires a Ministry of Environment safety inspection!! They said it's okay if I make them and use them myself ^^;; It's a shame, but...
