Deep Relaxation for Sleep | The Molasses Technique

This guided relaxation exercise is designed to help calm the mind, ease physical tension, and support the natural transition into sleep. The Molasses Technique uses slow, grounding imagery to gently draw attention away from worry and into the body, allowing relaxation to deepen without effort. This exercise is especially helpful if your mind feels busy at night, if you struggle to unwind before sleep, or if anxiety makes it hard to fully relax. There is no music in this recording, and intentional pauses are included to allow the body and mind to settle naturally. You may listen to this exercise as often as you like. Many people find it helpful to return to the same relaxation regularly, allowing familiarity to deepen the calming effect.
