plover chicks learning to look for worms

i saw this scene yesterday and shot it with my super unsteady hands haha. These chicks, I believe, are only 3 or 4 days old. I gave them P names just for fun. See how tiny they are? Gosh they are shorter and smaller than the grass. I had a hard time even trying to locate where they were because they were so well-camouflaged in the grass, which is great for them, not so much for me. You can hear some weird growling noises at one point, that's coming from 2 turbo chooks (Tasmanian native hens) mating just nearby.
